A co-creation activity that brings together engineering students, educators, and industry leaders to redesign how internships work in Kerala. While internship policies exist, meaningful internships remain difficult to access, navigate, and enable. By bringing together the perspectives of students, colleges, and companies, the event aims to uncover the gaps between policy and practice and collaboratively design practical solutions.
